The Baxi 248090 is a genuine Baxi boiler pressure gauge that gives a visual reading of sealed central heating system pressure, fitted to a wide range of Baxi, Main and Potterton combi, system and heat-only boilers.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Gauge needle is stuck, missing or reads outside the normal 1-2 bar band regardless of top-up
- Glass or dial face is cracked, fogged or the needle has detached
- Gauge shows pressure loss immediately after repressurising with no visible leak elsewhere
