What it is
The Morco Products Primary PCB C/W BCC is the main printed circuit board for the GB24 LPG boiler family. It governs the boiler's operating sequence, reading sensor and demand inputs and switching the fan, gas valve and pump accordingly. It is supplied as part number ICB302002.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler does not power up and the display or indicators remain blank
- Lockout or fault codes appear and will not clear after a reset
- The boiler fails to fire, or fires intermittently with no consistent pattern
- The fan, pump or gas valve does not operate when demanded
- Visible scorching, burn marks or corrosion on the board
