What it is
The HRT4-B is a battery-powered electronic room thermostat from Horstmann (Secure), wired into the heating system's control circuit rather than mains. It uses TPI (Time Proportional Integral) control and load compensation for closer temperature management than a mechanical stat, and needs 2x AAA batteries to operate once wired in.
