What it is
The RDB bio fuel pump is manufactured by Popular Oil Spares and is designed to replace Riello part 3020475. It supplies fuel to the burner on oil-fired boiler systems and is intended for use with bio fuel blends. The pump mounts to the RDB burner assembly and delivers the fuel feed required for combustion.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The burner fails to fire or locks out repeatedly
- Whining, grinding or unusual noise from the pump
- Fuel weeping around the pump body or seals
- Erratic or reduced oil pressure at the burner
- Unstable flame or poor combustion
Before you order
- Confirm the burner is a Riello RDB type and the existing pump is marked 3020475

- Inspect the fuel filter and lines for contamination that may have caused the failure
