What it is
The Caleffi Multibloc is a 28mm pressure reducing valve (PRV) with selectable 3 bar and 6 bar settings, supplied in the circlip style. It forms part of the cold water inlet control group on Popular Cylinder appliances, regulating incoming supply pressure to the cylinder. The valve is fitted within the inlet control assembly rather than as a standalone unit.
