What it is
The Dial Up Adjustable 1.5-6 Bar PRV 315i is a pressure reducing valve with a 1 1/4 MBSP union connection, produced by Popular Cylinder Spares as part of its cold water inlet controls range. It regulates incoming cold water pressure to the cylinder and allows the outlet setting to be adjusted on site between 1.5 and 6 bar. The dial-up mechanism is used to set and change the outlet pressure to suit the installation.

- Outlet pressure cannot be held at the set value or drifts after adjustment
- Downstream pressure reads outside the expected range on a gauge
- Water continues to pass through the valve when all outlets are closed
