What it is
The HPID937014 is a genuine Grant outdoor (defrost) temperature sensor for the Aerona range of air source heat pumps. It monitors outdoor ambient temperature and feeds this to the heat pump's controller so it can trigger and manage the automatic defrost cycle, preventing ice build-up on the outdoor unit.
