What it is

The Gledhill GT155 is an appliance control printed circuit board (PCB) supplied for the BoilerMate range of thermal stores. It carries the control circuitry that governs the operation of central heating and mains pressure hot water systems within the appliance. Gledhill lists it as the control board for the BoilerMate 2000 and other models in the same family, and it is the board to specify when the existing control PCB has failed.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • No central heating or no hot water even though the appliance is powered up
  • Control panel unresponsive, blank display or buttons having no effect
  • Repeated error or lockout codes that clear only temporarily
  • Pump or boiler not firing when there is a call for heat or hot water
  • Intermittent running, with the appliance cutting out part way through a cycle

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model against the compatibility list before ordering, as the board is listed for a number of BoilerMate variants
  • Check the markings on the board currently fitted against the alternative numbers 2000048 and N0384-1
  • Note the connector positions and any revision markings on the existing board before removal so the replacement can be matched to the wiring loom
  • Isolate the appliance from the electrical supply before removing or fitting the board
