What it is

The PROBE (FRONT END ONLY) is a flame sensing probe manufactured by Nuway, supplied as the front end assembly only. It sits in the burner flame path and provides the flame signal that the burner control uses to prove ignition and supervise the flame. It is listed for use across the Nuway MP10, MP15 and FMP burner ranges.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Burner locks out after the ignition sequence despite spark being present
  • Flame signal is weak, intermittent or unstable during running
  • Burner starts and then shuts down shortly after ignition
