What it is
The Nuway taperlock bush 1615-FENNER 42MM is a split taper bush used to mount and lock a pulley, fan or similar hub onto a shaft. It is listed for use on Nuway MDFL T3L casings and MGN gas burners. The bush clamps the hub as the mounting screws are tightened, giving a secure, concentric fit on the shaft.

- The bush spins on the shaft instead of gripping it
- Visible cracking or distortion around the split in the bush
- Fretting, scoring or a polished wear band on the bore or taper face
- The hub or pulley runs out of true after the fixing screws are tightened
