What it is
The FW0321 is a pilot injector manufactured by Morco Products for LPG-fuelled appliances. It controls the gas feed to the pilot burner, which in turn lights the main burner. This injector is used on the Morco Db61B, Db61E and G11-E models.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The pilot flame is weak, yellow or noticeably smaller than normal.
- The pilot will not stay lit once the control knob is released.
- The pilot flame lifts off the burner or burns noisily.
- Soot, debris or lint is visible around the injector orifice.
- Repeated pilot outages occur despite a clean pilot assembly and a sound thermocouple.
