What it is
A die cast brass backplate with a female M10 threaded connection, used as the mounting point for pipe clips and similar fixings. The brass body takes the male thread of the clip or fitting and holds it against the mounting surface. Supplied 1000 to a box for bulk installation work.

- Corrosion, verdigris or scale build-up on the brass face or thread
- Weeping or leaks at the threaded joint
