What it is
The EOGB Flexible 440mm Biogreen Angled 1/4M x 1/4F is a flexible oil supply hose intended for Bio Oil firing appliances. It carries a 440mm nominal length with an angled routing and terminates in a 1/4in male connection at one end and a 1/4in female connection at the other. It is used to make the final oil connection between the supply pipework and the burner assembly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Oil weeping or staining at either end fitting
- Visible cracking, hardening or perishing of the flexible hose
- A kink or flattening in the hose restricting oil flow
- Persistent oil odour around the burner or air drawn into the oil line causing lockout
- Loose or damaged nut and union faces that will not seal
