What it is
A flexible 600 mm hose manufactured by EOGB, supplied as a long life variant. It is intended for use in EOGB Long Life boiler applications, connecting two points where a rigid pipe run is not practical. The flexible construction allows the connection to be made where space is limited or the two points do not line up exactly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Weeping or damp staining at either end fitting
- Hardening, cracking or surface deterioration of the hose material
- Kinking or deformation that restricts flow through the hose
- Corrosion or discolouration at the crimped or threaded connections
Before you order
- Confirm the connection fittings at both ends match those on the appliance.
- Check that 600 mm is sufficient to reach between the two connection points without stretching or kinking the hose.
- Confirm the appliance is an EOGB Long Life unit; the supplied product name carries a "See notes" reference, so verify against the manufacturer's literature before ordering.
- Check that the part code on the existing component matches F01-600-S-1/4F-1/4F.
