What it is
The 1.451.71.3 is a genuine Mira thermostatic cartridge assembly for the Mira Excel EV thermostatic mixer shower. It controls water temperature by regulating hot and cold flow through the valve, and includes the seals, filters and mixing mechanism, with distinct hot (left/red) and cold (right/blue) sides.
