What it is
The Johnson & Starley ET003 is an electronics module for the ET controls system fitted to Johnson & Starley Hispec warm air units. It manages the appliance control sequence, interfacing with the thermostat, fan and safety circuits. It is supplied as the module only.

- The appliance does not respond to the room thermostat or programmer
- No ignition sequence, or repeated lockout with nothing shown at the controls
- Fan or burner cycling erratically, or running continuously
- Visible heat damage, corrosion or water ingress on the module
