What it is
The Pitacs EC346060 is a 100m drum of 6243B 1.5mm three core and earth cable with low smoke and fume (LSF) insulation in a white sheath. The 6243B construction combines three current-carrying cores with an earth conductor in a single sheathed cable. It is supplied on a 100m drum for fixed wiring installations where reduced smoke and fume emission is specified.
Before you order
- Confirm 1.5mm three core and earth is the size and configuration required for the circuit.
- Check that LSF cable is specified for the installation rather than standard PVC.
- Confirm the 100m drum length covers the planned run, including any offcuts and waste.
- Verify the circuit protective device rating and cable routing method against the relevant wiring regulations before installation.
