What it is
The Andrews E898 is a venturi-to-blower gasket for Andrews water heaters. It seals the joint between the venturi and the blower, preventing air and combustion gas leakage at that connection. It is supplied with a fixing screw.

- Visible cracking, hardening or flattening of the gasket material
- Staining or leakage around the venturi-to-blower joint
- Whistling or unusual noise from the venturi or blower area
- Soot deposits or unstable combustion at the burner
