What it is

The Nuway E05027K is a flexible oil pipe supplied as FLEXIBLE OIL PIPE 18 X .25 BSP. It forms the oil-carrying connection between the supply pipework and the burner pump on Nuway oil burners, where a rigid pipe run would be impractical at the appliance connection. The flexible construction allows the burner to be positioned and serviced without disturbing the fixed supply line.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Oil weeping or damp staining at the crimped ends or threaded unions
  • Outer covering cracked, hardened, blistered or frayed with age
  • Kinks or flattening along the run that restrict oil flow to the pump
  • A persistent oil smell around the burner that does not come from the nozzle or pump seals

Before you order

  • Confirm the pipe length and BSP thread size match the pipe being removed
  • Check the burner model against the fit list before ordering
  • Inspect the mating unions and olives for damage so the new pipe seals correctly on refit
  • Confirm there is enough clearance to route the flexible pipe without tight bends
