What it is
The diverter valve is the mechanism inside a combi boiler that routes hot water to either the central heating circuit (radiators) or the domestic hot water system (taps), switching automatically as demand changes. This version is built from brass and plastic and is fitted in Vaillant ecoTEC condensing boilers.
