What it is
The EPH Controls D1P is a replacement actuator intended for a Honeywell 3-port valve. It is the motorised head that drives the valve spindle, providing the switched movement that directs flow between the heating and hot water circuits. The D1P is supplied by EPH Controls as a head-only item, so the existing brass valve body and pipework remain undisturbed.

- Confirm the valve body already installed is a Honeywell 3-port pattern, as the D1P is intended for that valve type.
- Check the existing actuator head for its identifying markings so the D1P part number can be matched before ordering.
- Verify the wiring arrangement and cable entry at the existing head against what is being replaced, and isolate the power supply before any work begins.
