What it is
This is a fan impeller supplied by Nuway for Nu-Way oil-fired boiler applications. It is listed under oil spares and referenced to the A2-950 IT16 designation. The impeller moves combustion air through the burner assembly, so its condition directly affects combustion quality.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Grinding, scraping or rumbling noise from the burner fan area
- Excessive vibration through the burner housing or appliance casing
- Visible cracks, bent blades or material loss on the impeller
- Reduced combustion air leading to poor flame quality or repeated lockouts
- Soot or heat damage on the impeller body
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance and burner model against the manufacturer's parts list
- Check the A2-950 IT16 reference matches your burner assembly
- Compare the existing impeller dimensions with the 337 x 102 x 60 figures
- Inspect the fan motor shaft and housing for wear before fitting a new impeller
