EOGB MBZRDLE 405 B01 S20 Gas Valve with Pressure Switch

This is an EOGB gas valve assembly, supplied as MBZRDLE 405 B01 S20 and fitted with an integral pressure switch. It is listed for EOGB Dungs appliances and is the same part as E14-02. The valve controls gas flow to the burner and the pressure switch proves the associated air or gas condition before the appliance is allowed to fire.

• The appliance fails to light or repeatedly locks out during the ignition sequence.
• The burner flame is unstable, weak or extinguishes shortly after proving.
• The pressure switch does not prove, holding the appliance in a fault or lockout state.
• Gas flow cannot be shut off or modulated correctly at the valve.
• Visible damage, contamination or a leaking valve body is found during service.

• Confirm the existing valve carries the MBZRDLE 405 B01 S20 reference or the equivalent E14-02 reference.
• Check whether the pressure switch is required as part of the assembly for the appliance being worked on.
• Verify the appliance model and gas type against the manufacturer's data before fitting.
• Gas work must be carried out by a competent, registered engineer and the appliance commissioned and leak-tested afterwards.
