What it is
The Nuway D04008C is a fan measuring 108 x 62mm, used on Nuway NGN2 series gas burners. It moves combustion air through the burner, so correct airflow is essential to clean ignition and stable running.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner locks out or fails to establish a flame
- Fan motor runs noisily or rumbles, indicating worn bearings
- Fan does not spin when the burner calls for heat
- Weakened or inconsistent airflow at the burner
Before you order
- Confirm the existing fan is marked D04008C or matches the 108 x 62mm dimensions
- Check the burner model against the NGN2 list above
- Inspect the fan housing and mounting for damage before fitting a replacement
