What it is

The 24.00 x 60 A Delavan nozzle is a burner nozzle supplied by EOGB for use on appliances in the EOGB Delevan range. It delivers the fuel spray into the combustion chamber, and its performance depends on the nozzle being matched correctly to the burner and its settings. The 24.00 x 60 A designation is the identification marked on the nozzle body and is used to confirm the correct rating and spray geometry.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Sooting or blackening around the burner head or combustion chamber
  • An unstable, pulsating or uneven flame that will not settle after servicing
  • Smoke or persistent haze from the flue during normal running
  • Combustion readings that will not come back into tolerance after adjustment
  • Repeated burner lockouts or flame failure on start-up

Before you order

  • Check the marking on the existing nozzle body matches 24.00 x 60 A and cross-check it against the part number D04-2400-60-A
  • Confirm the appliance is an EOGB Delevan unit
  • Check the burner data plate for the nozzle rating and settings specified for the installation
  • Confirm how many nozzles are required for the burners being serviced
