EOGB Delavan Nozzle 0.85 x 45 W D04-0085-45-W

A Delavan-pattern pressure-jet oil burner nozzle with the 0.85 x 45 W designation, supplied by EOGB. It atomises the oil supply into a fine spray at the burner head, which is what allows clean, controlled combustion in the appliance. The nozzle is a service item and is renewed as part of routine burner maintenance.

• The burner starts but runs roughly, pulsates or locks out after ignition
• Soot deposits, smoke or a persistent smell of unburnt oil around the burner or flue
• Combustion readings drift and cannot be brought back into range by normal adjustment
• Visible wear, scoring or blockage at the nozzle orifice or the internal strainer
• The nozzle has been in service for a full maintenance interval and is being changed as part of a service

• Read the stamping on the nozzle currently fitted and confirm the flow rating, spray angle and letter code match the 0.85 x 45 W designation before ordering
• Confirm the burner is an EOGB Delevan unit so the nozzle body and seat are correct
