What it is

The RSA60 is an oil pump manufactured by EOGB for use on Danfoss oil boiler applications. It meters and pressurises the oil supply to the burner, delivering a stable flow for consistent combustion. This pump is supplied as a replacement for part 070L3352.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The burner locks out shortly after start-up, with no sustained flame.
  • Oil pressure at the pump outlet falls below the level needed for clean combustion, or cannot be set on the pressure gauge.
  • The pump body, shaft seal or solenoid area shows an oil weep or staining.
  • Combustion readings drift and cannot be corrected through normal nozzle and air setting adjustments.
  • The pump runs noisily or the drive coupling shows excessive play.

Before you order

  • Confirm the existing pump is marked RSA60 and that the appliance is an EOGB Danfoss unit.
  • Check the failed pump's part number against 070L3352 to confirm the replacement reference.
  • Verify the nozzle, oil line and filter condition before fitting, as contamination is a common cause of pump failure.
  • Have the combustion analyser to hand so pump pressure and CO2 can be set after installation.
