What it is
The Danfoss 0.65 x 45 B nozzle is an oil burner nozzle used to atomise fuel oil into a fine spray for combustion. It is fitted to EOGB Danfoss oil-fired boiler burners. The nozzle controls both the fuel flow rate and the shape of the spray delivered to the flame.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The flame burns unevenly, pulses or lifts off the burner head
- Soot deposits build up on the baffles, heat exchanger or combustion chamber
- Smoke or CO readings rise at the flue, or combustion analysis falls outside the burner settings
- The burner becomes hard to light or locks out repeatedly
