What it is

A pack of 10 O-rings manufactured by Heatline for the plate heat exchanger on Heatline gas boilers. The O-ring seals the plate heat exchanger connections, preventing water loss at the joints. It is supplied as a pack of 10.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the plate heat exchanger connections
  • Damp staining or corrosion around the plate heat exchanger joints
  • The O-ring has hardened, flattened or cracked with age
  • Scale or debris has damaged the sealing face
  • The O-ring has been disturbed during plate heat exchanger removal and will not reseal
