What it is

The Heatline flow sensor and cable is a combined sensor and wiring assembly used on Heatline gas boilers. It monitors water flow through the domestic hot water circuit and signals the boiler to fire when a tap or outlet is opened. This part supersedes the earlier code 3001060236.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • No hot water despite the boiler being powered and the heating working
  • Boiler fails to fire when a hot tap is opened
  • Domestic hot water runs intermittently or cuts out mid-draw
  • Hot water temperature fluctuates or runs cold
  • Fault codes relating to flow or hot water demand appear on the boiler display
