What it is
The Charnwood 008/TV27 hinge post is a component used in the door hinge assembly of Charnwood solid fuel stoves. It forms the pivot point that the stove door swings on, so the door seats and closes correctly against the firebox aperture. It is supplied as an individual hinge component under Charnwood part number 008/TV27.
Before you order
- Confirm the part number 008/TV27 against the existing component or the appliance documentation before ordering.
- Check whether the hinge post or another part of the hinge assembly is the item that has failed.
- Compare the new hinge post with the old one before fitting to confirm it is the correct item for the appliance.
