What it is
The Charnwood 004/TW24L is a left hand ash shedding plate, listed by Charnwood within its fire spares range under ashpans and trays. It forms part of the ash clearing arrangement on a solid fuel or wood burning appliance, shedding ash from the fire bed down into the ashpan below. The plate is handed, so it is specific to the left hand side.
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance requires the left hand plate, as the handing is not interchangeable.
- Check the part number 004/TW24L against the appliance parts list or manual.
- Inspect the existing plate before ordering so the handing and fixing arrangement match.
