Altecnic Manifold Assembly Pack 1 CA-100148

Pack 1 is an Altecnic component set for manifold assemblies, supplied as a 3.5 bar pressure reducing valve (PRV), a 2 litre expansion vessel, a 6 bar safety relief valve (SRV) and a 15mm service/stop cock valve (SCV). The pack covers the pressure control and system protection side of a manifold installation, regulating incoming pressure, absorbing expansion and providing a pressure relief path.

• System pressure sits above or below the intended setting and cannot be held steady, pointing to a PRV that is passing or no longer regulating correctly
• Pressure rises sharply on heat-up and drops again on cool-down, indicating a vessel that has lost its air charge or has a failed diaphragm
• The safety relief valve weeps or discharges continuously when system pressure is within normal limits
• The service/stop cock valve will not isolate fully, or the spindle passes water when operated

• Confirm the manifold assembly model to ensure Pack 1 is the correct configuration for the installation
• Check that the 3.5 bar PRV and 6 bar SRV settings suit the system's design pressures
• Verify the 15mm SCV connection matches the existing pipework and manifold inlet arrangement
