What it is
The EOGB water detecting paste tub is a consumable used to indicate the presence of water at pipework, joints and connections during leak checks and commissioning. It is supplied by EOGB for use with Comstar appliances.

- The tub is empty or nearly empty
- The paste has dried out or hardened in the tub
- The paste has become contaminated with dirt or debris
- The paste no longer changes colour when applied to a suspect joint
- The tub lid is damaged, allowing the paste to dry out
