What it is
The Johnson & Starley BOS01204/1 is a main injector for the Bray 23/1000 round burner. It meters gas into the burner head so the appliance lights reliably and burns with a stable flame. It is used across the Johnson & Starley J25/32 warm air unit range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The burner fails to light, or lights intermittently
- A weak, uneven or lifting flame at the burner
- A yellow or sooting flame instead of a steady blue flame
- Reduced heat output or poor combustion
- Visible debris, blockage or damage at the injector orifice
