What it is
The Johnson & Starley fibre union washer is a sealing washer used at union joints on Johnson & Starley appliances. The fibre material compresses under the union nut to seal the joint face. It is supplied under part reference BOS00305.
Before you order
- Check that the existing washer is a fibre union type and matches the joint being sealed.
- Confirm part reference BOS00305 against the appliance documentation or the removed component.
- A fibre washer compresses to seal, so it is normally renewed when a union joint is broken and remade.
