What it is
The Biasi BI2445103 is the main electronic control board incorporating the ignition PCB for Biasi Advance PLUS and Inovia gas boilers. It manages boiler sequencing, ignition and flame supervision, and communicates with the appliance's controls and sensors. This version is supplied for appliances from serial number 002461216 onwards.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler fails to attempt ignition, with no spark at the electrode
- Repeated lockouts or ignition fault codes shown on the display
- The boiler fires intermittently or drops out shortly after lighting
- Visible damage to the board, such as scorching, burnt tracks or swollen components
- No response from the boiler controls or display when power is applied
