Biasi Inlet Pipe Condensing Heat Exchanger BI2112102

The inlet pipe for the condensing heat exchanger is a Biasi component that feeds condensate and flue gases into the heat exchanger assembly on condensing boilers. It is manufactured by Biasi for use across the Basica COND and Rinnova Adaptive ranges. The pipe forms part of the condensing circuit, where it must remain sound to keep the heat exchanger sealed and draining correctly.

• Visible corrosion, pitting or scaling on the pipe surface
• Condensate weeping or dripping from the pipe or its joints
• Cracks, splits or deformation in the pipe wall
• Water staining or damp patches beneath the heat exchanger area
• Boiler locking out or reporting a condensate-related fault

• Confirm the boiler model and GC number against the fitment list above
• Inspect the pipe and its seals to establish whether the pipe alone is at fault
• Check that any associated seals and connections are fit to be reused
• Isolate the appliance and allow the condensing circuit to drain before removal
