What it is
The BI1765104 is a pump-gas valve cable manufactured by Biasi for use in its gas boiler range. It provides the electrical link between the pump and the gas valve within the appliance. It is a service part intended for installation by a competent heating engineer.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler fails to fire or the pump does not run when there is a demand for heat.
- Intermittent operation traced to a loose or damaged connection at the pump or gas valve.
- Visible damage to the cable, such as cracked insulation, scorching or exposed conductors.
- Fault codes or lockouts relating to the pump or gas valve circuit.
- Continuity testing shows an open or intermittent circuit through the cable.
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the fitment list above.
- Inspect the existing cable routing and connectors to confirm the part matches the installation.
- Check that the fault lies with the cable rather than the pump or gas valve itself.
- Work on gas appliances must be carried out by a competent, registered engineer.
