What it is
The Biasi BI1752102 is the outlet pipe for the main heat exchanger on Biasi Riva Plus HE ERP appliances. It carries heated water away from the main heat exchanger as part of the boiler's primary circuit. This version applies to appliances from serial number 003770516 onwards.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Weeping or visible water loss at the pipe connection to the main heat exchanger
- Corrosion, pitting or staining along the pipe body
- Scale or debris build-up restricting flow through the pipe
- Cracks or deformation at the pipe ends or bends
- Repeated pressure loss in the primary circuit traced to this connection
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance serial number is 003770516 or later, as this pipe is specified from that number
- Check the model against the Riva Plus HE ERP list above, including whether the unit is LPG
- Inspect the pipe unions and seals at both ends before fitting to confirm no further parts are required
