What it is
The Biasi BI1682100 is a complete ERP circulation pump for Biasi system boilers. It moves heating water around the primary circuit, maintaining flow through the boiler and the radiators. It is fitted to models in the Riva Plus HE and Advance Plus ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Radiators stay cold or heat unevenly while the boiler fires
- Boiler locks out or overheats shortly after ignition
- Whining, humming or grinding noise from the pump area
- Pump runs continuously, or not at all, when there is a demand
- Little or no temperature difference between flow and return at the boiler
