What it is

The Biasi BI1573101 is a burner assembly for Biasi Advance PLUS and Inovia ERP boilers, supplied for appliances from serial number 030900518 onwards. It delivers the gas and air mixture to the combustion chamber, supporting stable ignition and a controlled flame across the boiler's output range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Yellow, lifting or unstable flame at the burner
  • Sooting or blackening around the burner and heat exchanger
  • Repeated ignition lockouts or failure to light
  • Uneven flame pattern, or visible corrosion and cracking on the burner surface
  • Rising CO readings or combustion analysis outside the manufacturer's limits

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance serial number is 030900518 or later
  • Check the model and GC number against the fitment list
  • Confirm whether the boiler is natural gas or LPG, as the variant differs
  • Inspect the burner and check combustion readings to confirm the fault lies with the burner
