What it is

The Biasi BI1515102 control panel box is the housing and control assembly panel used on Biasi Riva Plus M90D series gas boilers. It carries the boiler's user controls and display, providing the interface for settings and operation. This version is specified for appliances built up to serial number N131311106.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The control panel display no longer illuminates or shows erratic readings
  • Boiler controls stop responding to button or dial inputs
  • The boiler fails to accept temperature or mode settings from the panel
  • Visible damage, moisture ingress or burning at the panel housing or its connections
  • Intermittent control behaviour that persists after the wiring and connections have been checked

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler serial number is at or below N131311106, as this panel box suits earlier builds only
  • Check the boiler model is a Riva Plus M90D.24S or M90D.28S
  • Compare the existing part number against BI1515102 before ordering
  • Inspect the wiring harness and connections to the panel before replacing it
