What it is

The Biasi BI1485103 is a pump diverter valve cable used on Biasi gas boilers. It forms the connection between the pump and the diverter valve assembly, allowing the appliance to switch correctly between heating and hot water operation. This version is specified for appliances from serial number N018400805 onwards.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The diverter valve does not move between heating and hot water modes
  • The boiler fails to switch correctly between domestic hot water and central heating
  • Visible damage, chafing or corrosion on the cable
  • Loose or intermittent connection at the pump or diverter valve
  • Diverter valve or pump related fault codes appearing on the appliance

Before you order

  • Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above
  • Check the appliance serial number is N018400805 or later
  • Inspect the existing cable routing and connectors before removal
  • Confirm the fault lies with the cable rather than the diverter valve or pump itself
