What it is
The Biasi BI1442108 is a sealing gasket for the condensing heat exchanger. It is fitted to a range of Biasi Riva Plus HE, Riva Compact HE and Garda HE Mk2 gas boilers, where it seals the joint at the heat exchanger. The gasket maintains a watertight seal under the temperatures and pressures seen in a condensing appliance.

- Water weeping or dripping from the heat exchanger joint
- Visible cracking, flattening or hardening of the gasket material
- Corrosion or limescale staining around the heat exchanger seal
- Boiler losing pressure with no obvious leak elsewhere on the system
- Overheating or lockout linked to a failing heat exchanger seal
