What it is
The Biasi BI1282102 is a condensing heat exchanger used in selected Biasi gas boilers. It is listed under gas boiler spares in the heat exchanger category.
Signs this part needs replacing

- Repeated boiler lockouts or fault codes linked to the heat exchanger or flue system
- Kettling, banging or rumbling noises during firing
- Reduced heating or hot water output despite the burner running
- Condensate leaking from the heat exchanger or its seals
