What it is

The Biasi BI1273107 is a gas restrictor used in Biasi M110.24SM combination boiler variants. It meters the gas flow into the burner circuit so the appliance burns at its designed input rate. This version applies to appliances from serial number 052030906 onwards.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Gas rate at the meter reads outside the values given in the appliance instructions
  • Burner pressure cannot be set correctly during commissioning or servicing
  • Flame picture is unstable, lifting or excessively high across the burner
  • Combustion readings fall outside the tolerances stated for the appliance
  • The restrictor is blocked, damaged or has been removed and not refitted

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance serial number is 052030906 or later, as earlier builds use a different restrictor
  • Check the model number on the data badge matches M110.24SM/e or M110.24SM/c
  • Inspect the existing restrictor and its seating before ordering, as debris or damage elsewhere in the gas train can mimic a restrictor fault
