What it is

The Biasi BI1202104 is the outlet pipe for the main heat exchanger on a range of Biasi gas boilers. It carries heated water away from the main heat exchanger towards the rest of the heating circuit. This version applies to appliances from serial number N264210203 onwards.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible water weeping or staining at the pipe connections to the heat exchanger
  • Corrosion, pitting or a chalky scale deposit on the pipe surface
  • A pinhole leak or hairline crack along the pipe run
  • Pressure loss on the heating circuit with no other obvious source
  • Discolouration or heat damage around the pipe joint

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler serial number is N264210203 or later, as earlier builds use a different arrangement
  • Check the appliance model against the fit list above
  • Inspect the pipe connections and seals for damage before fitting
  • Verify the fault is at the outlet pipe and not at an adjacent heat exchanger connection
