What it is
The BI1045133 is the electronic main printed circuit board used in Biasi boilers. It is the primary control board, carrying the processor and output relays that sequence ignition, fan operation, pump control and the boiler's safety interlocks. Biasi supplies it as a direct replacement for the board fitted at manufacture.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler locks out with no ignition sequence and will not reset
- No display, no LEDs or no response when there is a call for heat
- The fan, pump or diverter does not run even though the thermostat and controls are calling
- Repeated fault codes that clear briefly and then return
- Visible damage on the board such as burnt tracks, scorched components or a blown fuse that fails again after replacement
