What it is
The Biasi BI1016109 is a fan assembly for Biasi gas boilers, supplied for appliances up to serial number N227450300. The fan unit is a Natalini B25CO009. It supersedes the earlier code BG1016109.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out or fails to ignite, with a fan-related fault code
- Fan noisy in operation — rumbling, whining or scraping from worn bearings
- Fan does not spin, or spins intermittently on start-up
- Boiler overheating or shutting down after short run times
- Visible damage, soot or debris build-up on the fan impeller or housing
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance serial number is at or below N227450300
- Check the boiler model and GC number against the fitment list
- Compare the existing fan's part number and markings with Natalini B25CO009

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
